Sinopec International Co., Ltd is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sinopec Corp, incorporated in July 1983 which is one of the biggest import & export companies in China. It is responsable for Import and export non-oil business of Sinopec. At the meanwhile, the company controls the Procurement Management of Sinopec and is in charge of Purchasing main and critical equipments and materials.
